The sculpture may be modern, but it does evoke the look of the past. The materials amy be stone, bronze, wood or iron. It could be 1000 years old in style. Art can allow us to think, to imagine - such art is thus wonderful!

The high stone walls and architecture is so different that the much newer styles in the USA. Old Edinburgh is a beautiful city!

A very stylish and beautiful sculpture! It reminds me of an abstract version of a Viking sailing ship!

Must say a lot of modern sculpture reminds me of the tale of The Emperor's New Clothes, and leaves me bemused at best. The shadows however, now those I can appreciate.
