Some Beauty Found

i blur at the edges become
burgundy plush velvet
fly magic carpet
spice scented summer breeze
burnished gold

rocket launch

black hole fall
unfold new universe

I'm a little mystified by this one, though I love the language - maybe I am just up too late at night :)

What comes to my mind, is watching a movie in a theater.

Very cool images.

ermm.... maybe it's just me but it does sound rather sexual ;)

I love this one and I am totally stumpted but it is such a beautiful poem. This is what it's all about.

I agree with Nia, maybe sex on the beach? :)

Great words choices. It brings to mind giving birth or being born to me.

I just really like the first line... because anything can happen from there. In terms of reader response, I immediately think -- yes, I blur at the edges, too... what will I become?

Slowly being pulled up to a high? I like all the images you describe. There's so much in this poem.

This one is so much more mysterious and black to me, sort of the opposite of the other one. I love "black hole fall" because it could mean so many different things. Outer space, or our infinite universe is my guess - an intangible indescribable yet filled with color thing. nice!

I really like the mystery in this poem. It seems it could be a number of things. I like that we don't really know.

I'm with you Nia -- it sounded sexual to me too!

Well perhaps it could be a number of things, even a butterfly emerging from a cocoon as pepek said (though if that were it it would have been on the Crafty green Poet blog!). But Nia, robin, qazse and liza are right....

Colorful images from detailed to gone. You captured the beauty then let it go.
reminds me of my dreams
I like "spice scented summer breeze".

(I should learn to be bolder in my comments, but I hate to assume.) I just read the comment thread after posting and saw your answer. Sensuality abounds here! (and yes, my dreams can be just that... ;)
